Value of Counseling

We expect our clients to value themself, their family and relationship, as much as we do. Our clients view their work with us as an investment in themselves and their future.

I believe that people pay for what they value and for what they really want. People will spend $95 or more for entertainment for a day, or $1500 or more for a new or additional computer with little, if any, hesitation. Most of my clients value their life, their children, family, and their relationship with their spouse or significant other. This is an investment and often requires the need to spend the time, money and energy necessary to invest in positive change. Looking for coupons for therapy services or going to unqualified or inexperienced individuals for this reason is ridiculous. While some legitimately need watch their finances carefully and need to seek out free or reduced cost, government-supported services, most can afford the investment for what they value. Sometimes even insurance can become a way for people to avoid making the necessary commitment to put energy, time, resources, and effort toward achieving their personal, professional or relationship goals.

We all get what we put into something and get what we pay for.  According to Warren Buffet: “Price is what you pay, Value is what you get”.
